Hello everyone, I have a friend in Yantai looking for hospital recommendations and also wanting a Doula for her birth in November this year. Any experience in the area? Would love to hear your birth story as well. Thank you so much.

Not exactly what you are looking for, but we do recommend the Qingdao Women and Infant's Hospital about 3 hours away from Yantai. There's a great Q & A discussion about this hospital that was just posted in the forums. Check it out here.
I don't know of a Doula, but in another post, someone did give the contact info of a Midwife who lives in Shandong. Her name is Mavis Chen. She's a Western-trained Chinese Midwife. This is her email address: mavis0801@sina.com.
