Official Hospital Description

(Pleases note that the "Official Hospital Description" is directly from the hospital's website or other marketing materials.)

Raffles Medical Tianjin (formerly International SOS) provides comprehensive medical and dentistry services delivered by a highly trained and specialized team of healthcare professionals.

The clinic belongs to the Raffles Medical Group, a leading medical group in Singapore that was founded in 1976. Languages spoken include English, Chinese, French, German, Spanish and Japanese.

Editor's Review
Raffles Medical Clinic is located in the heart of Beijing and carries on the tradition of offering comprehensive and emergency care for foreigners and Chinese alike that International SOS started. The clinic is clean and fully functional for medical needs of all sorts. All of it’s services and many of the doctors are well-trained in English (and many other languages) and in Western practices.

Being in downtown Beijing, Raffles Medical is accessible by mass transit. Walking from the nearest Subway station, Liang Ma Qiao Station on Line 10, is about 1 km away and takes approximately 15-20 minutes on foot. The facility is located in the Kunsha building of the Xinyuanli area.

OB/GYN services are available on site. However, the clinic does not facilitate delivery. Often foreigners will do all the prenatal care at the facility and will then either return to their home country for the birth of the child or will go to a different hospital in the area. New mothers and babies can then return to the clinic for postnatal follow ups.

On site is a very convenient and capable pharmacy. People looking for hard to find medications might consider looking here or speaking with the pharmacist, as they are able to order medications or find comparable options.

By joining with International SOS, Raffles Medical has picked up a great heritage of service to the international community. It continues to be a staple of reliability in the Beijing area and is a great option for anyone looking for pre and/or postnatal options.
Open 7 days a week 8am-8pm.

Hi Jeremy! I’m a father of an 11 month old baby and I’m looking for a reputable but not too expensive hospital to get immunizations for my girl. We’re a bit behind schedule in terms of when our baby should get her shots because we believe that it’ll be better for her. Would you happen to know which hospitals won’t be too fussy about our baby being late in her vaccination schedule? Already did the 5 in 1 last July and we need to follow up on it. Thanks for any info you can provide!

    Sincerely,
    Kenny
