Very professional, English speaking hospital which is a joint venture with America and is at international standards. The food was fantastic and the quality of care was good, though a bit lacking when it comes to compassion. Many Westerners say that it very similar to giving birth in their home country when it comes to procedures, professionalism and quality. The facilities are a bit lacking, however, in that there are no other services (like cafe etc…), no English TV and no place to get snacks.
Founders of havingababyinchina.com, Jeremy and Jacquelyn have four children. The first three were born in three different hospitals in China and the last was born at home in the US. Jeremy and Jacquelyn created havingababyinchina.com in 2009 after they found little information for foreigners having babies in China. They love connecting with other foreigners having babies.
