Service for wife was good. Their websitr and giant advertisment in lobby claim direct billing with participating insurance companies but in fact they just do this to upcharge the cost to the instqnce company be several grand Despite us having a plan that offers full coverage AmCare still required me to call my insurance company and get a GOP for everything before providing services. Their payment/insurance team made absolutely no effort to contact my insurance company. It would have actually been less stressful to pay up front and submit the claim myself. Again nurses were great towards my wife buy payment/insurance was a nightmare.
