      Hi James,
      Generally hospitals still run and offer most services through the holidays, but they may have limited staff. Due to this they might be either very empty or quite busy!

      You should contact the hospital that you go to for the dialysis treatment. If you haven’t started treatment yet, you will need to look at your Chinese language ability and financial considerations when choosing a hospital. For hospitals with English translation, Tianjin has a United Family Hospital you can contact, but they are significantly more expensive than public hospitals. If you can manage in Chinese, I would ask around in your area for a general public hospital.
